Enjoy 8’ ceilings, a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and in-suite laundry. Each bedroom has a double bed, dresser, and closet. Free street parking.

Walk 3 blocks to the R4 rapid bus to UBC or the Canada Line, 7 minutes to Fraser St shops and dining. Two blocks to Memorial Park with tennis, a running track, and a playground. Hillcrest Community Centre has a large pool, skating rink, curling rink and a library. Its a short drive or a 30 minute walk.

The location is very practical for anyone going to UBC or Langara as well as anyone moving to Vancouver and needing a central location to get acquainted with Vancouver.
