The living space is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large east facing window and comfortable full size couch. Upstairs is a spacious upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and laundry. Free street parking.

Just 3 blocks to the R4 rapid bus to UBC or a short ride to Langara, and 5 minutes to Fraser St. For essentials, Fraser St. has No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart as well as several high end restaurants (Bar Bravo, Chez Celine, Nammos) and trendy coffee shops (Slo, Prado, Batard) to enjoy. Memorial Park is 2 blocks away with tennis, a running track, and open fields.
