Thanks for staying with us! Checkout time is 10am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Before you head out, we’d really appreciate your help with the following:
1. Please place all used towels and bathrobes in the shower or tub.
2. Kindly take garbage, compost, and recycling to the Level 1 disposal area.
3. A quick rinse of the compost bin would be appreciated — please leave it in the kitchen with the lid off to air-dry.
4. Please empty the fridge, place any used dishes into the dishwasher, and start a cycle.
5. Take a moment to check the washer and dryer to be sure nothing is left behind.
6. Check closets and power outlets for chargers or personal items.
7. Please leave the keys on their rings in the small grey felt bin on the kitchen counter.
8. Kindly return the luggage trolley to the unit.
Please note: Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left in a condition beyond normal use.
Finally, please ensure the single key is returned to the lockbox and 2 sets of keys in the grey box in the kitchen. A $200 replacement fee applies for any missing key or key set.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Off season is a great time to enjoy the shops, many amazing restaurants and local attractions at a more reasonable rate.
About the Owner
We are a family of 5 who love to travel, enjoy family time, cook good meals together and love our dog Oscar. Dad is an amateur fiddle, guitar and mandolin player and mom and the kids are fluent in French. Our place in Whistler has been shared with friends and many great memories made! We hope you enjoy the large space and your group also loves the loft area and rooftop hot tub.
